Nominated for 11 Ariel Awards from the Mexican Academy of Film, which is Mexico’s equivalent of the Academy Awards, the dark comedy Cinco Días sin Nora (Nora’s Will) has delighted festival audiences worldwide. The film’s protagonist, Nora, has a plan that would bring her ex-husband, Jose, and the rest of their family together for a magnificent Passover feast. But there’s a flaw in Nora’s plan — a mysterious photograph from the past, hidden under the bed, which leads Jose to re-examine their relationship and re-discover their undying love for each other.
