Support Fresno Filmworks into 2017

First: THANK YOU. Our 2016 Fresno Film Festival earlier this month drew 1,581 fans of independent and international cinema to the historic Tower Theatre. In 12 years of presenting the festival, that’s our second-highest attendance total ever. We appreciate you!
Filmworks is excited to return to our monthly series on Dec. 9 with the Argentine comedic drama “Truman.” After kicking off 2017 with our Jan. 13 film, the French coming-of-age drama “Being 17,” we look forward to again presenting the popular Oscar-Nominated Short Films on Feb. 10 and 11. Our monthly series will continue into the spring. (Please note that in 2017 we will again suspend our monthly series in the summer months of June, July, and August, in order devote more time to strategic planning and possible new programming.)
Since ticket sales alone cannot cover all of the costs to produce our monthly series and annual festival, now is a great time to consider becoming a Filmworks member. And if you already donated this year, consider a second donation to receive more member rewards for 2017. Visit our website at FresnoFilmworks.org/membership for a full listing of 2016-17 membership packages. In particular, you’ll see that we have increased the number of complimentary tickets that come as rewards with the $100 and $250 membership levels.
Thank you for your support. We look forward to seeing you at the movies!
