Fresno Filmworks presents “Django,” a wartime biopic centered around the world-famous jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt. The film focuses on the brief and tumultuous period that Reinhardt, who was of Manouche Roma origins, spent escaping the Nazis during the Second World War. Featuring full-length performances of some of Reinhardt’s best-known work and a standout performance by Reda Kateb as Reinhardt. Directed by French writer and producer Etienne Comar. Also starring Cécile De France and Bea Palya. Presented with English subtitles. Assistive listening services are not available for this film.
